By engaging with 7 Layer Studio, whether through our website, communications, or service agreements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
7 Layer Studio provides custom web development, application design, AI integration, and consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays on the client's end may result in adjusted timelines for project delivery.
Payments for services must be made according to the schedule specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed.
Unless otherwise stated in the project contract, 7 Layer Studio retains the rights to all underlying code, libraries, and frameworks used to create the final product. The client receives a license to use the final product upon full payment. Any custom branding, content, and data provided by the client remains their intellectual property.
7 Layer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the applicable courts of Dayton, Ohio.
